My name is Suzanne Parenti Sink, and I am an educator, administrator, and writer with experience across secondary and higher education. I completed my PhD in 2019 at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. My born-digital dissertation, a digital cultural archive featuring artifacts and oral histories of women in the Azorean-American community, is published at www.aroundhertable.org.
I currently work with gifted secondary students. Previously, I served as a Senior Instructor at Florida Atlantic University and the Assistant Director of the University Center for Excellence in Writing. I taught across the university’s composition and interpretation of literature courses, in both seated and online settings. Additionally, I served government agencies and private corporations as a professional writing consultant and copywriter.
